Construction Industry Leader and Entrepreneur Kevin Biebel

Based in Bluffton, South Carolina, Kevin Biebel founded J. Frederick Construction, Inc. in Milford, Connecticut, in 1993 with his wife and mother. Over 20 years, Mr. Biebel grew the firm to 125 employees, designing and constructing theme park displays, restaurants, private home theaters, and public infrastructure for clients including Hasbro, Mohegan Sun Casino, Hershey Foods, Six Flags, JetBlue Terminal 5, and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Major projects included the ornamental metal package at Mohegan Sun, stainless railings and bollards at Yankee Stadium, over 8,000 bollards throughout New York City, and 1,100 flash flood boxes for the MTA. Mr. Biebel also designed award-winning home theaters for architect Theo Kalomirakis, earning consecutive Consumer Electronics Show awards for installations exceeding one million dollars. Prior to J. Frederick Construction, Mr. Biebel founded Lordship Antique Auto Parts, Inc., which he operated for nearly 20 years specializing in vintage automobile restoration.

Mr. Biebel later served as Executive Director and Chairman of the Board of the Saratoga Automobile Museum, leading its turnaround from insolvency. He served as Executive Director for one year before being elected Chairman for seven years, retiring with the institution holding half a million dollars in reserves. During his tenure, he founded educational programs including the Distracted Driving Program, which has reached over 25,000 students. He is a Life Member of the Antique Automobile Club of America and continues to advise on automobile restoration and consult on car selection for various concourse events. Mr Biebel is also a life member of the Silver Aero Society of the Saratoga Automobile Museum.
